When we prepare your biryani, we do it the old-school way over firewood. This is not just about the taste, but the distinct smoky aroma you cannot replicate with gas burners. Because we limit our kitchen to one major event per day, our team focuses entirely on managing your buffet or seated service, ensuring you can actually eat and enjoy your event instead of worrying about the kitchen logistics.
