Our Process, Your Kitchen
We do not believe in factory production. Our kitchen is where my mom and I handle everything from start to finish. We wash the vegetables, roast our own spices for that deep, smoky aroma, and mix each batch by hand. We use 100% Kacchi Ghani (cold-pressed) mustard oil, which acts as a natural preservative and provides the rich, authentic base that store-bought pickles lack.
No Shortcuts, Just Natural Ingredients
You will never find palm oil, liquid paraffin, or artificial food colours in our jars. If it is a mango pickle, it is raw mangoes and spices, period. We keep our ingredient list short and honest so you know exactly what you are eating.
