We don't need a fancy gym to build fighters. Whether you train with us at our Shishu Niketan dojo in Sector 43 or we come to your local park, we focus on real-world reflexes. Our conditioning, pad work, and self-defence drills remain consistent, portable, and intense regardless of the venue.

What We Cover
Our curriculum is designed for both fitness and survival. We teach:

- Kickboxing & Pad Work: Explosive power, cardio, and coordination using mitts and shields.
- Street-Ready Self-Defence: Techniques to escape grabs, blocks, and common threats.
- Conditioning: Bodyweight routines including push-ups, burpees, and deep stretching for flexibility.
Flexible Options
We bridge the gap between a traditional dojo environment and your personal space.
- Group Sessions: Held at Shishu Niketan Public School, Sector 43, and other locations in Chandigarh. Great for building community and learning with a team.
- Personal Training: We travel within a 12km radius to your home, terrace, or park. This is 1-on-1, distraction-free, and tailored to your specific goals, whether that's weight loss or mastering a specific strike.
