About Real-World Self-Defence
Most gyms teach fancy forms that fail in a fight. In my classes, we focus on grab escapes and practical strikes, testing them in the park or the dojo until you can react without thinking. Whether you are a beginner or have trained before, my drills are designed to help you stay calm and protect yourself.
Street situations are messy and fast. They do not happen on a mat with a referee. When I teach self-defence, we strip away the fluff to focus on what saves you in a real moment of danger.
What We Cover
- Escape Techniques: I teach you exactly how to break free if someone grabs your wrist, shoulder, or tries to hold you from behind.
- Practical Striking: We use palms and elbows because they are safer and more effective in close-quarter encounters than fancy kicks.
- Scenario Drills: We do not just stand in lines. I take you through drills at our Shishu Niketan school in Sector 43 or Gyandeep School in Sector 20 to simulate the chaos of an actual encounter.
My Approach
Martial arts is not a job for me, it is my life. I train with my brothers and my guru, Satish Kumar, every day. When you join, you are not just a client, you are a part of my family. I keep my sessions honest and rugged. You will sweat, you will learn, and you will leave feeling more confident.
