About Kickboxing & Pad Work Drills
When we work on pads, we don't just go through the motions. We focus on timing, rhythm, and accuracy, training you to hit with power and control. Whether we're in the park or at the school in Sector 43, our goal is to build your stamina and reaction speed through consistent, real-world drills.
Our Approach to Kickboxing
We believe training isn't just about exercises, it is about sticking together. Our kickboxing and pad work sessions are designed to move beyond fancy gym moves, focusing instead on techniques that actually work in real scenarios. We combine conditioning, shadow boxing, and partner drills to help you develop the muscle memory needed for effective striking.
Where We Train
We are flexible because training is a daily habit. We operate out of our setup at Shishu Niketan Public School in Sector 43 and Gyandeep School in Sector 20, but we also travel to parks and homes within a 12km radius across Chandigarh. If you are comfortable in a park, we will meet you there. If you prefer a private space, we bring the focus mitts and shields to you.
What to Expect
- Conditioning: High-energy warm-ups with push-ups and burpees to build endurance.
- Technique: Detailed form correction using shadow boxing and line drills.
- Partner Drills: Real-world reaction work using shared focus mitts and kick shields.
- Discipline: We follow the Dojo rules regardless of location. It is about respect and getting better, every single session.
