A snapshot of a typical day at Bangalore Budokan. Students of all ages and levels train together, learning kicks, punches, and the core values of martial arts in a fun, energetic environment.

Our training often goes beyond the dojo walls. Here, our students are on a morning run through the streets of Bangalore before heading into the dojo for kata and kumite practice.

A glimpse into our Malleshwaram dojo. We start with conditioning and stretching before moving into kihon (basics), kata, and kumite drills.

We are more than a dojo, we are a family. Celebrating our 17th anniversary and Guru Purnima with cake and camaraderie after a hard training session.

About Daily Dojo Training

Most people walk into a dojo thinking they will start sparring on day one, but that is not how we operate. We prioritize conditioning and the fundamentals of Kihon (basics) because a strong stance is the foundation of every black belt. When you train with us, expect to sweat, focus on your form, and learn that the progress you make is directly tied to the consistency of your effort. We do not just teach moves; we teach the discipline that makes them work.
