About Featured
It is common for kids to just listen to stories, but here, we prefer them to get involved. After every reading, we move into active workshops—whether that is dot painting, mask making, or even getting our hands muddy—so the moral of the story really sinks in through play.
More Than Just a Library
We designed our space in Rustam Bagh to be a sanctuary for children. You will not find rigid classroom desks here. Instead, we have bean bags, low shelves meant for little hands, and plenty of floor space. We believe that when children are comfortable, they are ready to explore.
The Friday Sessions
Every Friday, we turn a book into an experience. A typical session involves:
- Active Listening: We use props, puppets, and expressive voices to keep engagement high.
- Deep Dives: We focus on themes like kindness, patience, or self-love, encouraging kids to ask questions about the characters.
