About The Once More Community
This isn't a place where you wear headphones and ignore everyone else. Whether we’re dissecting a snatch technique or debating which post-workout food hits the spot, the gym floor is alive with noise. We believe training hard only counts if you actually enjoy the process with people who genuinely want to see you hit your next PR.
Once More CrossFit is located in K. Narayanapura, but the real address is somewhere between effort and community. When we say we are a community first, we mean it. You will find us celebrating Onam together, organizing weekend treks, and getting loud during Hero WODs. The training is serious, but the environment is intentionally human.
We operate with a high supervision ratio of roughly 1:10 because form correction is non-negotiable. Whether you are a teen athlete learning to deadlift or an adult looking for a place that avoids the generic gym atmosphere, the focus is always on movement quality. We start everyone with two mandatory On-Ramp intro sessions. This ensures you know the basic mechanics before you join the group sessions.
Our facility is an industrial warehouse, stripped of fluff. We have the rubber flooring, the concept2 rowers, and the heavy iron. But the most important equipment is the person next to you pushing for one more rep. We don't care if your grip slips or you have an RPE 7 day. We care that you show up. If you are looking for a place where you are known by name, not just a member ID, this is it. We are here to help you get stronger, move better, and find a group of people who make the work feel like a part of your daily routine. From teenagers learning their first Olympic lift to experienced athletes chasing personal records, we grow together.
