We introduce young athletes to technical movements like the snatch and the clean and jerk with a non-negotiable focus on form. I break down each lift into manageable parts to ensure safety and build proficiency over time.

Gymnastics and Bodyweight Skills

Strength isn't just about weights. We build coordination, balance, and confidence through gymnastics, celebrating milestones like a first handstand hold.

For our younger members, fitness is all about fun and games. We use obstacle courses and playful activities to build fundamental movement skills and a positive association with being active.
