Look at that leap! Box jumps are a fantastic tool for developing explosive power and triple extension, which has a direct carryover to athletic movements like sprinting and Olympic lifting.

This was a gracefully intense kettlebell session. The members listened, watched the demo, and executed the movements beautifully. It's fulfilling to see everyone moving better each day, no matter the tool we're using.

Interval training is a great way to build capacity. Here, I'm working through intervals, holding a steady pace. When done with the right volume and intensity, this type of conditioning can dramatically improve your fitness.

Whether you are attacking an Assault Bike interval or working on explosive box jumps, we adjust the volume and load based on your current recovery, using Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE) to keep you in the sweet spot of progress without the burnout.

We don't believe in generic cardio. Our metabolic conditioning uses specific tools—Assault AirBikes, Concept2 Rowers, and SkiErgs—to challenge your heart rate in ways that translate to real life. Whether you are a beginner looking to build a foundation or an athlete chasing a faster 5K row, the focus remains on:

  • Auto-regulation: If your grip is slipping or your RPE is hitting 9, we pull back. We adjust the load so you train smart, not just hard.
  • Movement Quality: Even when you are gasping for air, technique is non-negotiable. We monitor bar path and positioning to ensure you stay injury-free.
  • The Environment: Our industrial warehouse isn't climate-controlled, and that is intentional. It gets hot, you get loud, and you work.

Scaling for Everyone

If you see a video of a member doing high-volume box jumps or heavy kettlebell swings, do not assume you have to start there. We scale every single workout. If you are recovering from an injury or just starting, we swap movements and reduce volume. The goal is to build a gas tank that lasts, not to burn out in three weeks. We train to be strong, to be capable, and to have a life outside the gym.
