Stop training just to look good. Let's train to move well, lift heavy, and feel damn good doing it. From kettlebell flows to high-intensity WODs, these sessions are designed to keep you ready for anything.

A classic full-body grind. This workout of the day (WOD) includes kettlebell swings, clean squats, rowing, burpees, and wall balls for a killer conditioning session.

Here's a challenging workout to try, mixing wall balls, dumbbell hang snatches, and hand-release push-ups. This is a great test of strength and endurance.

A tough Sunday workout descending in reps: dumbbell snatches, push-ups, kettlebell swings, and goblet squats. This chipper-style WOD is designed to push your limits.

A CrossFit-style workout with 5 rounds of deadlifts, bar-facing burpees, and cleans. This is a high-intensity session that builds grit.

About this collection

When we hit a WOD together, don't worry if you can't nail a box jump or clean perfect on day one. We scale the intensity, fix your form, and get those basics locked in. My sessions are about smart volume, not just wrecking yourself—I’m there to spot your heavy lifts and make sure you’re moving safely while hitting that heart rate.

In my sessions at Volt Fitness, Indiranagar or My Third Space, we don't do boring, repetitive cycles. We mix kettlebells, wall balls, and bodyweight drills to build an engine that actually works.

How We Approach WODs

If you want a real challenge, we dive into CrossFit-inspired plans like AMRAPs (As Many Rounds As Possible) and 'For Time' sessions. It’s high-intensity, it’s fast, and it’s meant to build your grit.

  • Strength Basics: We start with proper form on deadlifts and squats. You can't build a house on a shaky foundation, and the same goes for your body.
  • Functional Conditioning: Using equipment like kettlebells, rowers, and medicine balls, we create routines that improve your agility and core power.
  • Safety First: I’m with you on the floor, providing immediate tactile cues for posture correction and physical spotting for heavy compounds.
