Most people think martial arts is about throwing punches. It is not. True strength is in the mind. As I say, tumhare sharir se zyada zaroori kuch nahi hai yaar. Nothing is more important than your body, man.

I am not in competition with anyone else. The only person I need to be better than is the person I was yesterday. This is the mindset of a true warrior.

The meaning of life is to find your gift. The purpose of life is to give it away. My gift is Aiki Jujutsu, and I am here to share it with you.

A Hindi proverb reminds us that people often align with your good times, not you. True strength is being self-reliant, a core lesson in our training.

If you have dreams to achieve, forget your age. You are still young. It is never too late to start your journey in martial arts.

Should I give up? Me? My hard work would feel insulted. This is the spirit of perseverance I instill in all my students.

I see teaching martial arts as my purpose. It is the gift I have found in my life, and my goal is to share its benefits with as many people as possible.

Standing before our flag, I am reminded that it is important to figure out your own values and live by them. Martial arts helps you build that personal code.

About this collection

This is not a gym where you come to sweat and leave. When you come to the dojo in Koramangala or Malleswaram, you do not just learn physical techniques. Martial arts is often misunderstood as a sport for aggressive people. It is the exact opposite. Aiki Jujutsu is about body mechanics, breath, and posture, but the real work happens in your head. When you face a stressful situation at work, a confrontation on the road, or just the feeling of being overwhelmed, your instinct might be to freeze or panic. We train to bypass that panic response.

Here is how we build this mindset:

  • Ownership: You stop blaming circumstances. Whether it is 2021, 2024, or a tough day in the office, you take responsibility for your state of mind.
  • Reality over Theory: We do not waste time on flashy moves that only work in movies. We focus on techniques that actually help you handle fear and protect your space.
  • Self-Reliance: I tell my students that people will align with your good times, not with you. You must be able to stand on your own feet, both mentally and physically.
