Give your child the confidence to stand tall. I teach kids how to handle bullies through real martial arts, focusing on de-escalation, mental toughness, and staying safe.

Our summer camp is a great way for kids to stay active and learn valuable skills. This video shows a typical boxing drill session where they learn footwork, defense, and basic punches in a fun group setting.

I believe in starting them young. Here, you can see the focus and determination as these kids practice their boxing combinations, learning control and precision in a safe, supervised environment.

This is where the "gentle art" of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu begins. A young student learns to control her opponent from the mount position, a foundational skill in grappling that teaches leverage over strength.

We empower our girls from the very start. This drill shows a young female student confidently sparring with a male partner, proving that technique and courage are what truly matter on the mats.

We train to be comfortable in uncomfortable situations. This video shows a mix of warm-up drills and light sparring, building resilience and a strong mindset in our youngest students.

A moment of focus before the fun begins. This group of kids, a mix of boys and girls of all ages, is ready for their Muay Thai session, prepared to learn and grow together.

This is what enjoying the process looks like. I am executing a controlled high kick while the kids show off their boxing stances, capturing the energy and fun we have in every class.

About this collection

We don't just teach kids how to punch, we teach them how to stay calm when things get heated. In every 60-minute session, we focus on verbal de-escalation, situational awareness, and safe grappling techniques so your child knows how to handle a grab or a headlock without losing their cool. It is about building a foundation where they do not need to fight, but know exactly what to do if they have to.

Martial arts is often misunderstood as just fighting, but for my students in Sector 46, it is about building the psychology of strength. I have seen too many kids struggle with bullying and feeling powerless. My goal is to change that narrative by teaching them techniques that actually work in real-life situations.

Why this approach works

We use a hybrid curriculum of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), wrestling, and striking drills. BJJ is essential here because it teaches a smaller, weaker person how to control a larger opponent using leverage rather than raw force. This is a game-changer for kids who feel intimidated. We focus on:

  • Verbal De-escalation: Learning to use your voice first, before your hands.
  • Positional Control: Understanding how to escape a bad position and create space to run away.
  • Mental Toughness: Developing the patience to handle uncomfortable situations without panicking.

What to expect in class

The environment is a non-ego space. Whether your child is a complete beginner or has been training for months, the focus is on their individual growth. We combine high-energy boxing and Muay Thai drills for coordination with the controlled, tactical environment of BJJ. It is a tough workout, yes, but it is also a safe space where discipline and fun coexist. If you are looking for a place where your child learns to protect themselves while also having a lot of fun, this is it. Karna hai toh karna hai.

I have been the kid who got picked on, and I know what that feels like. That is exactly why I built this program, to give children the tools to feel safe and confident in their own skin. I am here to help them build strength, not just to fight, but to carry themselves with a kind of calm that no bully can shake.
