About Adult MMA: Grappling & Groundwork
Grappling is not about brute force. It is about knowing exactly where to place your limbs to control someone bigger than you. We focus on positional dominance, because once you have control, the fight is effectively over. If you are here to learn how to keep your head clear while someone is trying to take you down, this is where you start.
We teach a hybrid system that pulls from the most effective ground arts: Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), Wrestling, and Judo. This is not for show. We drill the basics until they become muscle memory. When you land on the mats at our Sector 46 facility, expect sweat and intensity. We train in a non-AC environment for a reason. You need to learn how to keep your composure, breathe, and think clearly even when you are exhausted.
We break it down into Gi and No-Gi BJJ for ground control, wrestling for takedowns, and Judo for throws. If you want to compete, we have a path for you. If you just want to get in the best shape of your life while learning real self-defense, this works too. Just remember, it is a process. Like I always say, karna hai toh karna hai (if you have to do it, just do it). No ego, just hard work and constant evolution.
