Kids Anti-Bullying & Confidence Program
This is more than just a martial arts class; it's a program to build a child's confidence from the inside out. We teach kids practical self-defense skills through fun, game-based learning, focusing on discipline, respect, and giving them the tools to stand up to bullies without becoming one. Our classes include a mix of boxing, wrestling, and Jiu-Jitsu.
Real-World Self-Defense
We teach self-defense for the real world, not for movies. Our techniques are based on the proven effectiveness of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and MMA, focusing on how to control a larger, stronger attacker and create an opportunity to escape. These classes are open to everyone, with a special focus on women's safety.
Adult MMA: Striking & Stand-Up
Learn the art of striking through our Boxing and Muay Thai classes. We focus on building a strong foundation with proper footwork, defensive techniques, and powerful combinations. Whether you want to compete or just get in the best shape of your life, our striking program is for you.
Adult MMA: Grappling & Groundwork
This is where the fight is often decided. We teach the core grappling arts of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (in both Gi and No-Gi) and Wrestling. You will learn takedowns, positional control, and submissions, giving you the confidence to control where the fight goes.
Competition & Achievements
For those who want to test their skills, we provide a clear path to competition. We push our athletes hard and support them every step of the way, from in-house tournaments to national championships like ADCC and the ASJJF. This is where hard work pays off.

Mind & Body Conditioning
A true martial artist is strong in both mind and body. We incorporate yoga, pranayama (breathwork), and meditation to improve flexibility, aid recovery, and build mental calmness. Our functional fitness drills are designed to build real-world strength that translates directly to the mat.
