About this collection
Most people want to jump straight to sparring, but here we focus on the basics of footwork and defensive combos first. We train in a no-frills residential basement in Sector 46—no AC, no mirrors, just mats and honest sweat. If you are here to learn how to move, strike, and defend yourself properly, you will fit in. If you are here to look cool in gloves, you might want to look elsewhere.
Our Approach to Striking
In our striking sessions, we don't just teach you to throw punches; we teach you to move. Our curriculum is built on the efficiency of Muay Thai and the precision of Boxing.
We focus on the 'art of eight limbs,' which means you will work on:
