About this collection

Most people freeze or try to overpower an attacker, which rarely works against someone stronger. Here, we teach you how to disrupt balance and use your hips to escape, rather than just throwing punches. You will learn to handle the clinch, break grips, and get out of a mount, focusing on technique and leverage to get yourself out of trouble safely.

In the movies, you see elaborate moves that look cool but rarely work when you are panicked and facing someone bigger. My approach to self-defense in Gurugram is different. It is based on Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), which is designed to help a smaller person control a larger, stronger attacker. We do not focus on flashy kicks that leave you off balance. We focus on controlling the fight.

Whether you are dealing with a grab, a clinch, or being pinned to the ground, the goal is always the same: get to a position of safety and escape. We run dedicated workshops and regular classes in Sector 46 where we break down these scenarios. You learn how to use your hips to bump an attacker off balance, how to break grips, and how to defend yourself when you are pinned.

It is not just about muscle. It is about understanding leverage. We drill these techniques until they become muscle memory.
