Master Striking: Boxing & Kickboxing for Kids
Strong punches start with strong basics. I teach kids the art of striking—boxing footwork and kickboxing form—in a safe, high-energy environment.

Even when they're tired, they keep going. This young girl is pushing through the drill, showing the warrior spirit I teach. A little fun and a fall, then right back up.
Power in every kick. This young student is practicing his kickboxing technique on the pads, showing focus and strength in every movement.
About Striking Skills: Punches & Kicks
Most kids start by swinging blindly, but in my squad, we focus on target work. Whether it’s focus mitts or heavy bags, every punch and kick is calculated. I watch every movement—if the wrist isn’t straight or the hip isn’t rotating, we fix it immediately. Precision is our first rule; power comes naturally after.
Striking is the foundation of our combat training. It’s not just about throwing hands; it’s about coordination, balance, and learning how to move with intent. At Delhi Combat, we start with the basics—keeping the guard up, mastering footwork, and holding a solid stance. We use focus mitts to teach accuracy and control before the kids move to heavy bags to build endurance.
We keep it real. Safety is non-negotiable, which is why all training happens on 1-inch thick EVA puzzle mats with proper, kid-sized gear. My goal isn't just to make them tired; it’s to build a fighter’s mindset. Whether it's a simple jab or a complex kickboxing combination, they learn that effort and consistency are the only ways to improve. This is where the 'Chhota Yoddha' (Little Warrior) spirit comes from. They learn to push when it's hard, listen to their coach, and support their partner. It’s serious work, but we make sure they have a blast while doing it.
