Teaching the youngest warriors the basics of kicking. I use focus mitts to give them a target, helping them learn accuracy and control from their very first class.

About Striking Skills: Punches & Kicks

Most kids start by swinging blindly, but in my squad, we focus on target work. Whether it’s focus mitts or heavy bags, every punch and kick is calculated. I watch every movement—if the wrist isn’t straight or the hip isn’t rotating, we fix it immediately. Precision is our first rule; power comes naturally after.
