We believe architecture should be in conversation with its surroundings. This concept for an artist's residence, with its simple, monolithic form and large windows, is designed to be a quiet sanctuary that embraces the natural landscape, allowing creativity to flourish in a calm, light-filled environment.
We believe in the power of detail. This bathroom, with its bold marble inlay work, shows our commitment to craftsmanship and creating moments of unexpected beauty. It’s an example of how even the most functional spaces can be transformed into art through thoughtful material selection and execution.
Good design makes life better, no matter the size of the space. In this compact apartment, we integrated a flexible work desk and smart storage solutions to create a living area that is both functional and uncluttered. It demonstrates our approach to maximizing utility without compromising on a feeling of spaciousness and calm.
Renovation is about reimagining possibilities. By introducing a translucent sliding partition, we transformed a single large bedroom into three distinct zones: a sleeping nook, a study, and a wardrobe area. This solution provides privacy and function while maintaining a sense of openness and light.

My Style & Approach

I lean into warm minimalism home interiors - clean lines, lots of textures, and pieces that mean something. Nature-integrated architecture is a big deal for me, whether it’s a tree in the courtyard or big windows framing the garden. I pull from modern Indian residential design, like reimagining the classic thotti mane (central courtyard house) in a fresh way.

I work on everything from sprawling villas to smart studio apartments. Small spaces? I use flexible layouts and multi-use furniture to make things work without feeling cramped.

Hey, we’re OCD - Office of Cognitive Design. Led by Kshitija and Raja, we’re partners in life and work, so yeah, design talk spills into dinner sometimes. We sketch first, always. It’s messy, personal, sometimes wild - that’s how ideas grow. Spaces should hold your memories, not just furniture. We’ve built homes around childhood trees, turned old houses into living galleries.
