Most people who come to me are tired of feeling bloated, dealing with cravings, or fighting stubborn fat that just won’t go away. You might have tried skipping meals or following strict diets, but that just ends up making things worse. I believe the answer isn’t in starving yourself, but in restoring your body’s natural balance.

Symptoms like acidity, constipation, and mood swings aren’t the problem - they’re signals. Usually, the trouble starts with an unhappy gut, chronic inflammation, or insulin resistance. These are what lead to issues like PCOD, thyroid struggles, and that “stuck” feeling with weight.
How I Help
My approach is about long-term, sustainable gut healing and metabolic reset, not quick fixes. I focus on:
- Nutrition with whole foods and traditional Indian gut-friendly recipes. Think Totakura Pulusu and less of those CRAP foods (carbonated, refined, artificial, processed).
- Simple fitness: strength training, daily walks, and yoga. No fancy gym needed.
- Better sleep, managing stress, and building tiny habits that stick.
