About Healthy Indian Cooking Coaching
A lot of us are stuck with health issues like PCOD, thyroid, or that constant bloating and weight gain that just doesn’t budge. I’ve been there, and I’ve seen how eating less or skipping meals messes us up even more. For me, the answer was always right in our Indian kitchen - with the food we already know.
My Approach
- No fancy imported stuff, no starving, just our food, made right.
- Balance matters more than restriction. I don’t believe in punishing the body.
- I coach you on how to actually listen to what your body needs, not what Instagram says.
How We Cook
- I teach stack cooking techniques - you can make dal, rice, curry at once, all on one burner. Saves time, gas, and keeps nutrients intact.
- Ditching the pressure cooker - I’m all for slow, closed-lid pot cooking. Better taste, better for you.
- My focus is on low oil Indian recipes coaching - like zero-oil Channa Masala, creamy Vegetable Sagu with just a teaspoon of oil, and using spices for flavour.
Kitchen Swaps & Superfoods
- I’ll help you detox your cookware too. Non-stick and aluminium? Baadulu (change it)! Stainless steel is the way, especially if you care about hormones.
- Rediscovering Indian superfoods: millets like Jonna, greens like Totakura, and why soaking lentils (pappu) matters.
