My Story

Namaste! I’m Krishnaveni. I grew up watching my attayyagaru whip up magic in our Telugu kitchen—food was always medicine first. My friends, neighbours, all stuck fighting PCOD, thyroid, post-pregnancy weight. No one tells you how hard it is, right? I saw the struggle, felt it too. That’s why I started teaching how simple dishes like pappu pulusu can heal. Got featured in Eenadu for this—felt proud! I just want folks to eat well, feel better, and glow.
