Forget starving for a zero figure. I’m here to show you how to build a lifestyle where you eat well, feel energetic, and actually enjoy your food, just like our nanis and dadis did.

Young nahi, fit bano. This is my core mantra. I want to help you stop chasing impossible "figure zero" goals and instead build a healthy, balanced lifestyle that lasts. It's about moderation and enjoying your food.

I often use the "3 Idiots" philosophy: don't run after weight loss, focus on building a healthy lifestyle, and weight loss will follow. When you eat smart and build good habits, the results will come naturally.

What is a balanced diet? It's the simple food we grew up with: dal, roti, milk, curd, rice, nuts, and seeds. My plans are built around these five essential elements: carbs, protein, fats, vitamins, and fiber.

Here's what I eat at a buffet, dietitian-style. I start with protein-packed eggs and fiber-rich beans, choose multigrain bread, and believe in balanced indulgence. It's about knowing how much, not just saying no.

I was honored to be featured in Femina Magazine. It's a wonderful opportunity to spread my message of balanced, sustainable health to a wider audience. Another feather in the cap!

I am currently running an online Anti-Inflammatory Diet Challenge. It's designed to help you heal your body from within, with daily tasks, easy recipes, and live support to fight inflammation and boost your immune system.

A glimpse into my clinic. I believe in creating a supportive and motivating environment for my clients. Whether you want to lose or gain weight, my team and I are here to guide you on your journey.

A quiet moment at my desk. I believe in kindness, doing good, and being grateful. These principles guide not just my personal life but also my professional work with every client.

Strong nutrition is the foundation for men's health. I design plans that boost energy, stamina, and hormonal balance using nutrient-dense foods like chicken, chickpeas, almonds, and quinoa.

To get a flatter tummy, include spinach in your diet. It helps reduce bloating and supports your body's natural detoxification process.

About My Philosophy & A Glimpse Into My Work

My diet charts do not call for avocados, expensive imported berries, or supplements. I work with what is already in your kitchen pantry—dal, roti, seasonal sabzis, and curd. When we build a plan, we account for your family's daily cooking, so you aren't stuck making separate 'diet meals' while everyone else eats something different.
