Health is built on habits, not hacks. I turned my own life around after motherhood, and I teach you how to do the same with simple, science-backed nutrition.

This is my 20-year transformation, from being a new mother with high BP to the healthy, active woman I am today post-menopause. This journey taught me that health is built through consistent, daily habits. It’s not a quick fix, but a lifestyle.

This is the core of my philosophy. The food you eat can either be the most addictive destroyer of your health or the most powerful medicine for a great quality of life. My coaching is about helping you make that choice wisely, every single day.

Here I am speaking to students about why nutrition truly matters. It's not just about weight; it's the foundation for energy, focus, a fit mind and body, and hormonal balance. I am passionate about educating people on the profound impact of their food choices.

I believe nature is a powerful healer. A little bit of morning sunshine for Vitamin D, fresh air, and the peace of being in a green space can instantly lower stress and nourish your soul. It's a simple, free, and essential part of my wellness strategy.

Consistency is the single most important factor for success. It's not about being perfect; it's about showing up for yourself daily, even if you only feel like giving 30%. I see my most consistent clients achieve the best and most lasting results.

Our bodies were not designed for the modern lifestyle of sitting for long hours and having poor quality food available at our fingertips. I help clients navigate this environment and build routines that honor how our bodies are meant to move and be nourished.

When your body is hungry, it's asking for nutrients, not just calories. A plate full of nutrient-dense protein and healthy fats will satisfy you far more than empty calories from processed foods. This is a fundamental shift in mindset that I teach.

Many of us are living on autopilot, driven by stress and exhaustion. I encourage my clients to pause and reflect on their habits. Taking your life off autopilot and making conscious choices is the first step towards a more fulfilling and healthier life.

About My Health Journey & Philosophy

People often ask me about detoxing, but the answer is never a juice cleanse. Real health happens when you fix metabolic markers like HbA1c and cholesterol through consistent, nutrient-dense ghar ka khana (home-cooked meals). My own journey from struggling with postpartum health at 73 kilos to feeling strong at 50 is built on the same foundations I teach: no deprivation, just understanding how your body processes food.
