My Story & The Mama Tribe: Strength for Real Life
I didn't find the support I needed when I was a new mom, so I built it myself. This isn't just about workouts; it's about finding strength in the middle of the mess.
We aren't certified yoga teachers, but there was something so cathartic about moving and breathing together as a group. This is what my community is about: slowing down, supporting each other, and finding moments of peace.
If you want to transform your life, all you need is 30-40 minutes a day. I offer no frills, no fluff, just fitness rooted in science and sustainability. If my story strikes a chord, let's get you started on your transformation journey.
Why did I choose to be a fitness coach? Because I love having a positive impact on someone's life. This is my story, and if it resonates with you, I'm here to help you transform your life, even in the middle of a hectic schedule.
My love for fitness grew when I started lifting weights. After my own pandemic pregnancy, I realized the huge gap in the fitness world for moms. I decided to become the coach I couldn't find, bringing effective and convenient workouts to busy parents.
My CrossFit L1 was just the start. I did two more certifications in Pre & Postnatal Fitness and studied nutrition to understand how to fuel our bodies. I'm stronger now than before I had a baby, and if I can do it, I know you can too.
Reintroducing myself to all the new faces here. I'm a mom, a coach, and a work in progress. I started this business to fill a gap I saw in the fitness industry and to create a band of strong mamas who lean on each other for support.
This is why I love coaching. A Sunday strength session with mamas who are getting stronger every day. It makes me so happy to see more and more women discovering the power of lifting weights.
These are the things I wish my clients knew. Your goals become my goals. I care more about your heart and mind than the number on the scale. I've been exactly where you are as a new mom, and I'm here to hold your hand through this.
Happy International Women's Day! I'm so grateful to do what I love and to be surrounded by such a strong community of women, both online and in person. Here's to strong women.
A day in the life of a coach and a mother. My mornings are a rush of client sessions and getting my daughter ready for school. My workouts are my time to unwind. I'm so grateful that so many women trust me with their health.
About My Story & The Mama Tribe
The images here aren't perfectly lit gym shoots—they’re raw snapshots of us showing up. Whether it’s a session squeezed in while the toddler naps or a Sunday group workout, we’re training for the marathon that is motherhood. I’m not here to sell you a six-week 'bounce back' plan. I’m here to help you get strong enough to handle whatever the day throws at you, from diaper bags to deadlines.
When I became a mom, I realized the fitness industry was obsessed with shrinking. There was zero focus on the actual physical demands of raising a human—carrying, feeding, and managing the total lack of sleep. I started this tribe to bridge that gap. We don’t do fad diets or intense, unsustainable gym sessions that leave you burnt out by 10 AM. We focus on science-based strength training that fits into your actual life.
What you'll find here is a community of women who get it. We share the struggle of postpartum recovery, the mental load, and the absolute chaos of toddler meltdowns. My goal isn't to be a coach on a pedestal; I’m a coach in the trenches with you. We work on pelvic floor rehab, diastasis recti, and building functional muscle so you don't just look fit—you actually feel capable.
Whether you are pregnant and want to stay active, or you’re postpartum and feeling like a stranger in your own body, there’s a place for you here. We keep our groups small so I can actually monitor your form and make sure you’re not just moving, but moving well. No judgment, just consistent effort and a tribe of women who have your back. If you’re ready to stop waiting for the perfect time to start, let's get moving together.
