Healthy Eating With Simple Home-Cooked Meals
Forget restrictive diets and fancy superfoods. I help you build sustainable habits using the everyday ingredients already in your kitchen, so you can eat well, feel full, and hit your health goals.
This is what eating right looks like. It’s not about eating less or starving yourself, it's about enjoying generous, simple, home-cooked meals that are full of flavour and nutrition. This thali, with its balance of rice, dal, and vibrant vegetables, is a perfect example of my food philosophy.
About Simple Home-Cooked Meals
I don't hand out strict, complex diet charts that you will abandon in a week. Instead, we focus on portion control using ingredients already in your kitchen like dal, rice, ragi, and roti. When you join my 75-day cohort, you aren't just getting a meal plan. You are learning how to balance your plate for energy and metabolism, ensuring you stay full while hitting your health goals.
Building a Sustainable Lifestyle
Healthy living does not mean you have to stop eating the food you love. My approach, which I practice in my own life, is about making small, consistent changes—swalpa by swalpa, or little by little. Whether you are managing conditions like PCOD, thyroid, or simply looking to regain your energy after pregnancy, the secret is in consistency, not perfection.
The 75-Day Healthy Eating Program
My signature program is built on community and education rather than just rigid rules. In our small, batch-based cohorts, we meet for regular webinars where I break down the science of what you are eating. We cover:
- The Science of Food: Understanding macros, metabolism, and how protein impacts your skin and hair.
- Practical Nutrition: How to read food labels and make smart choices during travel or social events.
- Add Before You Subtract: My golden rule is to add nutrients to your plate first. When you focus on adding enough protein and fiber, you naturally crave the junk food less.
My Food Philosophy
I believe in teaching you how to fish rather than just giving you the fish. If you are worried about transitioning to a vegetarian or vegan diet, I provide a safe framework to ensure you do not miss out on vital nutrients. We focus on staple Indian foods—Roti, Rice, Curd—ensuring you feel satisfied, nourished, and ready to take on the day. You don't need expensive supplements to see results; you just need to understand how your body responds to the food you already eat.
