About Real Stories from My Tribe
Suresh’s story is a perfect example of what my tribe achieves. When he joined me in September, managing BP and diabetes felt like a constant uphill battle. By switching to simple, home-cooked food and consistent, machine-free movement, he didn't just feel stronger, he regained the ability to walk more and handle daily tasks independently. This is what sustainable health looks like, and I am blessed to be a part of it.
My philosophy is simple: healthy living should not feel like a chore. People come to me when they are tired of complicated diet plans or expensive gym memberships that do not fit into their lives. My 75-day clean eating program is designed to be tumba simple, meaning we focus on the food you already eat at home, just balanced properly.
Why my approach works
- No Crash Diets: I do not believe in starving. We focus on adding nutrition first, not just cutting calories.
- Physio-Led Movement: Since I am a physiotherapist, my fitness plans are safe and functional. Whether you are dealing with PCOD, diabetes, or post-partum recovery, every exercise is chosen to help you move better, not just burn calories.
- Community Support: We work in batches because motivation is easier when you are part of a tribe. You get access to a private group where we share tips, track habits, and keep each other accountable.
How we start
If you are ready to make a change, we start with a 45-minute health and lifestyle audit. I look at your blood reports, your current stress levels, and your daily routine. We do not use written diet charts that gather dust on your fridge. Instead, I teach you the science behind metabolism and macros so you know exactly why you are eating what you are eating.
Whether you visit me at my clinics in Padmanabhanagar or Anjanapura, or we work together virtually, my goal is the same. I want to help you build a relationship with food and movement that lasts a lifetime, swalpa by swalpa (little by little).
