About Nutrition Education & Workshops
Most diets fail because they tell you what to cut out first. In my workshops, I teach you to 'Add before Removing.' Whether it’s increasing protein intake to boost your metabolism or simply swapping processed snacks for home-made staples, we focus on swalpa by swalpa (little by little) additions. It makes the change feel like a lifestyle, not a punishment.
