Who says pizza can't be healthy? I make my pizzas with a gluten-free amaranth flour base, a rich tomato sauce made from scratch, and my own house-made vegan cashew cheese. It’s a guilt-free indulgence that proves you don't have to give up your favorite foods to be healthy.
People often ask me about "cheat days." I believe if you truly love your body, you wouldn't want to cheat on it, not even for a moment. My philosophy is about making conscious choices every day that nourish you, not deprive you. Food should be a celebration of self-love, not a punishment.
Justbe is more than a restaurant; it's my sanctuary. I named it Justbe as a reminder to slow down and connect with the present moment. It's a space where I serve food that is 100% plant-based, oil-free, and made with love, creating a feeling of coming home for me and for everyone who walks through the door.
Holding this ZeeZest award for Best Vegan Restaurant in India was a moment of pure joy. It's a recognition of our mission to make healthy, whole food plant-based meals accessible to everyone. This award belongs to my team, my family, and every person who has supported our journey.
This is my special Strawberry Cheesecake, a perfect treat for your loved ones. I make it completely plant-based and free of refined sugar, using a creamy cashew base and a fresh strawberry compote. It’s proof that desserts can be both incredibly delicious and good for you.

My conscious kitchen travels. I was honored to curate a fully vegan, Rajasthani-centric feast for the Tech Mahindra board committee dinner in Pune. Serving traditional dishes like Bajra Khichda and Khata Kachori, all made without ghee or oil, to guests like Mr. Anand Mahindra was a joy.

My approach is simple: we remove the dairy, the refined oils, and the processed sugars, and we fill the plate with nature's abundance. This is not about dieting or restriction; it is about choosing food that honors your body.
