I reimagine classic Indian festive sweets using French pâtisserie techniques. From Baklava Tarts to Knafeh Bonbons, these are balanced, handcrafted treats designed for gifting or sharing this Diwali.

This Diwali, I'm reinventing Indian mithais with French techniques. After months of passionate work, I'm excited to bring you seven unique delights that capture the essence of the festival in every bite.

Introducing my Baklava Tart, a dessert that blends Mediterranean charm with Indian sweetness. It's filled with premium nuts, infused with cardamom and saffron, and drizzled with honey.

A beautiful shot of my Baklava Tart, topped with delicate rose petals. It's a centerpiece-worthy dessert for any Diwali celebration.

Watch the making of my luxurious Baklava Truffles. I use high-quality dry fruits and my in-house phyllo pastry, all wrapped in smooth chocolate with a hint of orange.

My Baklava Truffles are a bite-sized version of the classic dessert, blending crunchy nuts and honey with rich chocolate, finished with a touch of edible silver.

My Raspberry Pistachio Florentines are an elegant addition to any Diwali gift box. They blend pistachios, almonds, and raspberries, all topped with rich chocolate.

These are my Knafeh Bonbons, a unique fusion dessert perfect for Diwali. They capture the essence of the traditional Middle Eastern sweet in a beautiful, bite-sized chocolate bonbon.

My Dry Fruit Honey Bar is a wholesome, guilt-free treat for the festive season. It's packed with almonds, cashews, pistachios, and seeds, all blended in honey.

For a truly unique Diwali delight, I created this Chickpea Chocolate. It combines the earthy flavour of roasted chickpeas with rich chocolate for a surprisingly delicious treat.

About Diwali Festive Collection

When I started working on this Diwali collection, my primary goal was to balance the richness of traditional mithai with the refinement of French pâtisserie. Indian sweets often lean heavily on sugar, so I focus on using high-quality nuts, natural honey, and tempered Belgian chocolate to create complex, layered flavours rather than just simple sweetness. This approach ensures every piece feels light, sophisticated, and perfectly suited for a festive spread.
