About this collection
Most of my festive collections rely on unique fusion techniques, like using my signature doughnut dough to recreate classics like Baadusha. Because these items are baked in small batches to ensure maximum freshness and quality, I recommend pre-booking at least a few days in advance so I can manage the prep and delivery schedule perfectly.
Festivals are when I get to go into full 'mad scientist' mode. Rather than sticking to generic festive sweets, I love experimenting with flavours and textures to create something genuinely different for your table.
My Festive Approach
I focus on 100% eggless recipes that don't compromise on richness. Whether it is a Portuguese Pastel de Nata for Christmas, savoury Korean cream cheese buns for Easter, or my fusion Baadusha-doughnuts for Diwali, my goal is to blend tradition with the baking techniques I've developed here in Bangalore.
Freshness Matters
Since everything is baked to order, you won't find old stock here. For items like my naturally fermented fruit mince for Christmas cakes, I start prep well ahead of the season to ensure the flavours are deep and developed. For the doughnut boxes and fudge squares, these are prepared in small runs to keep the texture spot-on.
Gifting & Delivery
If you are planning to send these as gifts, I ensure they are packaged securely. My dessert boxes and edible bouquets are designed to travel well across Bangalore.
