About Forging Elite Athletes: Our Fitness Regimen

This isn’t a generic gym routine. We use tractor tires, heavy-duty resistance bands, and obstacle hurdles to mimic the explosive, game-speed movements of a real raid. You will be pushed to your physical limits six days a week because that is exactly what it takes to hold your ground at the state level.
