These clips are not just for show. Each raid, tackle, and back hold you see here is a lesson in precision and timing that we break down in our daily practice. When you train with me, we analyze these exact moments, the ankle holds, the dubki, and the toe touches, to ensure your move is effective on the mat, not just flashy.
Kabaddi is a game of inches. Whether it is a perfect toe touch or a solid corner tackle, it comes down to muscle memory and absolute discipline. In our academy, we record these high-intensity sessions to review later. It helps you see where you went wrong and how to fix it before the state selection trials. We do not believe in magic tricks, only in repetition and improvement.
We divide our training between mat and mud. Mat practice gives you the speed and agility for professional leagues like the PKL. Mud practice is where you build the raw strength and stamina. If you are aiming for Nationals or Federation Cups, you need to master both surfaces.
I stand on the ground with you during every session. We do not just play, we work on specific skills. Defensive strategies like the chain tackle or offensive moves like the kick require hours of repetition to become instinctive. My students who have made it to the Pro Kabaddi League started with these same basic drills. Consistency is the only secret here. If you are ready for the grind, the mat is waiting for you.
