About this collection
The game feels easy when training is hard. In my sessions, we don’t just hit balls; we work on agility ladders, stair running, and precise positioning like Libero defense. I admit, I scold more than I teach, because that is how we find the winner in you, but you will leave every 90-minute session knowing exactly what you improved.
My Approach: Discipline First
My philosophy is simple: 'Ever tried. Ever failed. No matter. Try again. Fail again. Fail better.' My training sessions at the Kittur Rani Chennamma Stadium are designed for those who are serious about their game. Whether you are a beginner looking to understand ball handling or a competitive athlete training for university selections, my goal is to push your physical and mental limits.
What You Will Learn
- Foundation: We start with the basics. Footwork, agility, and core strength are non-negotiable. If your base is weak, your game will be weak.
- Conditioning: Expect tough warm-ups, stair running, and sprints. Volleyball fitness is not just about the skill; it is about having the stamina to last a full match.
- Position-Specific Drills: I focus on technical nuances for Setters, Attackers, and Liberos. We break down the movements, repeat them until they become muscle memory, and then test them in game-like simulations.
