About this collection
Frank-aag helbeku andre (if I have to be frank), I scold more than I teach. My youth camps at Kittur Rani Chennamma Stadium are not about daycare sports; they are about building real athleticism. We spend the first two weeks focusing purely on footwork, agility ladder drills, and stamina—the foundations you need before you even touch a ball properly. If your child is ready to sweat, learn, and actually understand the game, they belong here.
My coaching philosophy is simple: discipline builds champions. Whether it is the annual summer boot camp or regular monthly sessions, every athlete who steps onto my court goes through the same rigor. We do not just stand around hitting balls.
The Curriculum
- Foundation First: We dedicate significant time to physical conditioning. Expect stadium stair running, sprints, and core strengthening. You cannot play a good game if your body is not ready.
- Skill Development: From the basics of bump, set, and serve, we break down every movement. I personally supervise position-specific training for those looking to specialize as a Libero or Setter.
- Game Intelligence: It is not enough to be fit. My students learn rotations, referee signals, and match management so they understand the game as well as they play it.
What to Expect
The training happens at our outdoor red clay court facility in Jayanagar. It is gritty, real-world training that prepares you for competitive selections, whether you are aiming for your school team or a spot at the university level. We keep our batches focused (15-25 students) to ensure every player gets corrected when their posture is wrong or their footwork is lazy.
You will walk away with a stronger set of lungs, a sharper tactical mind, and the 'josh' to keep improving.

I am Naveen, but most of my students call me 'Naveen anna'. At 43, I am still actively competing, which means the techniques I teach are ones I use myself every single day. I do not just coach for the sake of it; I coach to build players who are mentally and physically ready to win.
