My coaching philosophy is simple and strict: discipline is what builds champions. Whether it is a summer camp for kids or elite training for university athletes, I do not believe in cutting corners. They call me Naveen anna for a reason. Often, I scold more than I teach, but that is how you actually learn to fix your mistakes under pressure.

I am still active in the game at 43. I do not just sit on the sidelines holding a whistle. I am on the court with you, correcting your bump, set, and serve in real-time. I use my experience from the Karnataka State Police team and my SAI NIS certification to ensure you are training efficiently, not just hard.

What to expect from my sessions:

• Basics & Foundation: We drill footwork, agility ladder patterns, and core strength until it becomes muscle memory.
• Position Training: If you are a Libero, setter, or attacker, we work on your specific vertical jumps and rotational tactics.
• Real Match Simulation: I organize practice matches so you understand how to play under game conditions, not just empty drills.

If you are looking for soft coaching where you are constantly praised for mediocrity, this is not the place for you.
