About this collection
People ask why a coach needs to be on the court at 43. Simple: it is about showing, not just saying. When I dive for a dig or set up a smash during a match, my students see the intensity live. I do not just teach the theory of a setter drop; I execute it in a high-stakes rally so you understand the game intelligence behind the move.
Volleyball is not just a job for me; it is a commitment. Whether it is a Karnataka State Police match on a clay court or an indoor tournament, I am in the mix. Being a Senior National Player and an NIS coach means I see the game differently. My playing style is about efficiency—using court IQ to outsmart opponents when raw physical speed is not enough. I bring this same game intelligence to my training sessions in Jayanagar and across Bengaluru. If you watch my rallies, you will notice I prioritize positioning and quick decision-making—things I drill relentlessly with my students. I believe the best way to learn is to see it in action. That is why I do not just stand on the sidelines with a whistle; I get on the court, show you the footwork, and push you to match that intensity. Frank-aag helbeku andre (if I must be frank), I scold more than I teach, but that discipline is what builds champions. Whether you are prepping for university selections or just starting out, my philosophy remains: try, fail, try again, fail better.
