About On-Court Action: Pro-Level Drills
It is not about just hitting balls; it is about intentional practice. During these sessions, we focus on the biomechanics behind a heavy topspin forehand or a reliable slice. I watch your movement, identify the hitch in your swing, and we fix it, repetition by repetition. Whether we are drilling at the KSLTA Stadium or working on your footwork, expect 60 minutes where we push your endurance, refine your technique, and get you match-ready.
The Intensity Factor
My drills are designed to simulate real match pressure. We go beyond basic rallies. We work on point construction, tactical backhands, and that quick, explosive reaction time you need at the net. You will sweat, but you will also learn why each shot matters.
Technical Correction & Fitness
Tennis is a full-body sport. That is why my coaching integrates fitness directly onto the court. We dedicate time to agility ladders, core strength, and calisthenics—everything from handstands to explosive jumps. A strong body supports a stronger game. I also bring my expertise from the ITF circuit to help you with equipment; whether it is choosing the right string tension or racquet weight, the right gear makes a huge difference in performance.
The KSLTA Experience
We train on KSLTA Stadium synthetic hard courts, which offer a consistent bounce and the perfect surface for developing pace and spin.
Common Questions
- Do I need to be a pro? Not at all. I coach everyone from beginners who are just learning their grip to competitive players aiming for tournament wins.
- What should I bring? Bring your own racquet and non-marking tennis shoes. I provide the professional-grade balls.
- How does scheduling work? I offer both 1-on-1 private sessions and structured group batches. For groups, we operate on a quarterly schedule to ensure consistent, week-to-week progress.
If you are ready to get better, let’s get on the court.
