About this collection
My sessions aren't for people who want to stand around. If you miss a shot or lose focus, you run. It is not a punishment but a way to build the endurance and discipline you need when the game is actually on the line. I want you to walk off the court knowing you worked harder here than you would anywhere else.
I am an NIS certified coach and a national-level player, so I bring what actually works in real games—not just what looks good for social media. When you train with me, you will learn to think like an athlete, not a robot. My approach breaks down your game, whether you are a beginner looking to master form or a league player wanting to sharpen your Euro-steps and defensive reads.
My Training Philosophy
- Accountability: If your focus slips, you will hear me call it out. Discipline is the difference between a player and an athlete.
- Game-Ready Skills: We do not just practice shooting; we practice shooting under pressure. We do not just run laps; we run drills that mimic game scenarios.
- Personalized Correction: Whether in a group at the Bharath Sports Union court in Malleshwaram or 1-on-1 sessions at CAPSA, I prioritize technique. I focus on micro-corrections—your release point, footwork, and defensive posture.
How We Train
- Academy Squads: Group sessions for kids, teens, and adults looking to build a foundation. You will get 3 to 5 sessions a week on hard courts, focusing on conditioning and team play.
- 1-on-1 Elite Coaching: These are high-intensity, 60-minute sessions. We will record your form for visual analysis and break down specific positions like Guards or Forwards to help you level up your performance.
