Real progress starts on the track. I focus on disciplined interval training, technical form correction, and building the explosive speed you need to reach your personal bests at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium.

Discipline starts from day one. I lead my athletes through core conditioning and drills on the track, building a strong foundation for every runner. My 'COACH' shirt is a reminder that I am always there to guide them.

We train in all conditions, even in the dense Delhi fog. Here, an athlete is doing sled pulls, a powerful resistance workout to build leg strength and sprinting power. The rest of the group follows, pushing through the elements together.

Coaching is a conversation. I spend time with each athlete to discuss their performance, correct their form, and set goals before they hit the track for their sprints. This personal attention ensures every runner understands their path to improvement.

Rain or shine, the training doesn't stop. I'm timing my athletes as they complete their laps on a wet track at the stadium. This dedication to the grind is what separates good athletes from great ones.

Every second counts. I use a stopwatch to precisely time my athletes' sprints and laps, providing them with immediate data on their performance. This focus on numbers is key to tracking progress and smashing personal bests.

The numbers don't lie. This stopwatch shows the results of a grueling interval session: 3000m in 9:27, 2000m in 6:10, and 200m repeats at 26-27 seconds. This is the level of performance we work towards.

Capturing the motion of a fast-paced morning workout. My athletes are focused on their form and speed as they complete their interval training on the track.

An athlete powers through a 400m repeat session while I monitor his pace and form from the sidelines. Consistent, high-intensity intervals like these are essential for building speed and stamina.

About Track Training & Speed Development

I handle the timing, monitoring, and technique, while you bring the grit. Whether we are drilling A-skips for better form or using sleds to build explosive power, the goal is simple. You put in the work on the track and the numbers will show the result.
