Podium finishes aren't luck, they are the byproduct of the grind we put in at JLN Stadium. Whether it is refining your block starts for a sprint or nailing the pacing strategy for a 21km race, my athletes follow a strict, no-nonsense regime. What you see in these photos is the result of 90-minute daily sessions and the mental toughness to push through when your legs are giving up.
