Women’s health needs change with every stage of life. Whether it’s managing menopause, thyroid wellness, or simple digestion, these are the gentle, targeted routines I’ve shared with my students to help them find balance again.
Menopause is a powerful transition, and yoga can be a wonderful friend through it all. I created this gentle asana routine by the water to help ease common symptoms. These poses are designed to support hormonal balance and calm the nervous system.

- Thyroid & Hormonal Support: You’ll see in my routines that we use specific mudras like Shankh Mudra and gentle neck work. These are not just movements, they are small rituals to help harmonize your energy and support your throat chakra.
- Digestion & Acidity: Living in a city like Mumbai, I know how fast-paced life gets, and that often leads to acidity and heartburn. My routines focus on cooling asanas that you can do even when you feel sluggish.
- Navigating Menopause: This is a powerful transition, not an end. My menopause routines are designed to be gentle companions during this time, focusing on calming the nervous system and supporting your body through the shifts.
