Specialized yoga sequences using the Iyengar method to help regulate your cycle, manage PCOS symptoms, and support your fertility or menopausal transition.

A low AMH (Anti-Müllerian Hormone) level can feel like a devastating diagnosis, but it doesn't mean you can't get pregnant. I conceived naturally at 42 despite a low AMH. This post shares what to do and why you shouldn't lose hope.

Nutrition is key when trying to improve fertility. A balanced diet rich in whole foods, lean proteins, healthy fats, and leafy greens supports your reproductive health and can help improve your chances of conception.

A follicular study is an ultrasound monitoring tool that tracks the development of your ovarian follicles. This can give you and your doctor clear information about your ovulation timing and overall reproductive health, which is far more important than just an AMH number.

What does a low AMH really mean? It means that as long as your body is producing eggs, pregnancy is possible. The focus should be on improving the chances of fertilization through a holistic approach to health.

This infographic explains what AMH (Anti-Müllerian Hormone) is. It serves as an indicator of a woman's ovarian reserve, which is the quantity of remaining eggs a woman has. However, it is just one piece of the fertility puzzle.

I speak from personal experience when I say that practicing yoga can support fertility. It reduces stress, enhances blood flow to the reproductive organs, and promotes the hormonal balance necessary for conception.

Menopause is a natural transition, and you can manage it with simple lifestyle changes. In this video, I share three essential tips: exercise regularly to maintain bone density, eliminate sleep disruptors, and focus on eating well.

About this collection

You might be used to yoga classes that focus on fast movement, but for hormonal health, we do the opposite. I use props like belts, blocks, and bolsters to create structural support, allowing you to hold restorative poses long enough to signal your nervous system to regulate. This is how we address specific concerns like PCOS, cycle irregularities, or fertility challenges, rather than treating yoga as a generic cardio workout.

Moving with Intent, Not Just Intensity

When we talk about yoga for hormonal balance, we are not talking about how many calories you can burn. We are talking about how you can signal safety to your body. Whether you are navigating a PCOS diagnosis, trying to conceive, or moving through the perimenopausal years, your endocrine system responds best to calm, consistent, and precise movement.

The Iyengar Difference

I rely on the Iyengar method because it is rigorous about alignment. We don't guess if a pose is 'right' for your body—we use props to ensure it is.

  • Support for the Nervous System: Restorative poses using bolsters help lower cortisol levels, which is crucial for hormonal regulation.
  • Targeted Release: We use specific sequences to increase blood flow to the reproductive organs, supporting healthy ovulation and uterine health.
  • Safety First: If you have back pain or knee issues alongside hormonal symptoms, the props allow us to bypass those pain points, ensuring you can practice without aggravating existing injuries.

What to Expect in Class

My sessions are interactive, not follow-along videos. In my small group batches, I provide real-time verbal micro-corrections because your skeletal alignment matters. We rotate themes regularly—some weeks we focus on hip openers to aid pelvic circulation, other weeks on backbends to lift the chest and improve respiratory capacity.

This is not a quick fix. It is a methodical, sustainable way to reconnect with your body’s natural rhythms. If you are tired of pushing through pain or feeling like standard gym yoga doesn't address your specific health needs, this practice is designed to hold that space for you.

I am Pragya. I came to this practice during my own journey through pregnancy and fertility struggles, and I teach from that lived experience. My goal is to hold space for you to heal, not to push you into a pose that doesn't fit your body.
