Good music, great company, and miles of smiles on our way to a retreat. These bus rides are filled with so much energy and laughter. It is the perfect start to a weekend of connection and fun.
On the first Monday of Shravan, we celebrated with a special Yoga Dance flow to the sacred rhythm of Karpuram Gauram. This is what I call playful presence, where we express joy and free the body through devotional movement.
A yoga teacher's role is to hold space, share energy, and guide with heart. This video is a beautiful tribute to that connection, showing how we build strength, peace, and happiness together, one class at a time.

You'll notice our retreats and studio sessions are rarely silent; they’re filled with music, spontaneous laughter, and deep conversations that continue long after the final pose. Whether we’re on a bus ride to Lonavala or flowing through a dance session in the studio, the goal is always the same: to shake off the week's stress and rediscover the joy that often gets lost in the daily grind.
At Namaste Yoga, we believe the best kind of wellness happens when you stop worrying about how a pose looks and focus on how it feels. This is what we call 'Mat Pe Masti'—a philosophy that blends dynamic flows with dance, laughter, and lighthearted fun to create a safe space for women to show up exactly as they are.
