About Additional Photos & Appearances
This isn't just a gallery of my work; it is a testament to the community that makes high performance possible. From the boxing rings at the Netaji Subhash National Institute of Sports to the training grounds of the Haryana Steelers, I believe that we only grow by sharing knowledge and debating the science behind the moves. My goal has always been to close the gap between theory and the field.
I started as an engineer, and that analytical mindset never really left me. Whether I am analyzing GPS data for a Pro Kabaddi team or demonstrating kinetic chain control at a strength and conditioning workshop, I look for the signal in the noise.
My approach is built on interdisciplinary collaboration. You will often see me with physios and other S&C coaches because I know that an athlete’s health is a team effort. We work hand-in-hand to keep players safe, efficient, and resilient.
I treat every workshop, whether at a high-altitude camp in Shillaroo or a national federation event, as an opportunity to sharpen my own methods. I am not interested in gatekeeping information. My philosophy is simple: Kabaddi ko professional banana hai (We have to make Kabaddi professional), and that happens when coaches at every level are empowered with data-driven insights.
If you see me at a workshop or on the field, come say hello. I am always looking for the next challenging question, and I am grateful for every conversation that pushes my understanding of athletic development further.

I am a sports scientist who believes that performance is a byproduct of building resilience. My journey has taken me from the engineering floor to the boxing ring and kabaddi mats, and I am always looking to learn from fellow practitioners who want to build athletes the right way.
