Our Signature Pork Dishes

Pork is central to Naga cuisine, and this is where I showcase our most loved preparations. You'll find everything from traditionally smoked pork that tastes of firewood and heritage to crispy pork belly and ribs with crackling skin, all seasoned with bold Naga spices.

A Taste of Tradition: Thalis & Full Meals

This is how we eat at home, with a table full of shared dishes. My thalis and meal spreads are designed to give you a complete Naga dining experience, featuring a variety of curries, boiled vegetables, rice, and our essential chutneys.

Chicken, Fish & More

While pork is a star, our menu also celebrates other proteins cooked in the traditional Naga style. Here you'll find oil-free chicken and fish curries flavored with bamboo shoot, as well as savory prawn dishes and our famous Axone chicken wings.

From the Hills of Nagaland: Our Ingredients

The secret to my cooking lies in the ingredients, sourced directly from the markets and farms of Nagaland. This cluster shows you the heart of our flavors: from wild herbs, fiery Raja Mircha, and unique vegetables to the traditional processes of making Anishi and Sumac.

Handcrafted Drinks & Ferments

Fermentation is an ancient Naga tradition, and I bring that art to you through my homemade drinks. I craft our beverages the slow, traditional way, using seasonal fruits and natural ingredients to create probiotic-rich ferments and our famous rice drink, Zutho.

Celebrations with Naga Belly

I love bringing a taste of Naga hospitality to your special moments. Whether it's a private party, an off-site catering event, or a cultural feast like Tuluni or Christmas, I create a warm, home-style atmosphere centered around honest, soulful food.

Our Community & Friends

To me, everyone who walks through my door is family. I am filled with gratitude for the community that has grown around Naga Belly, from our regular customers and foodie groups to the special guests who have honored us with their presence.

In The Spotlight

I started this journey from a tiny home kitchen, never imagining the love our food would receive. I am deeply honored and humbled by the recognition from publications like Condé Nast Traveller and The Hindu, and for being named Best Restaurant by The Big Forkers.

Vegetarian & Lighter Fare

While we are known for our pork, we Nagas also love our vegetables and greens. This section features our vegetarian dishes, including traditional boiled vegetable preparations like Rusep, flavorful noodle bowls, and fresh salads that are both healthy and satisfying.
