How We Approach Practice
We believe that falling is part of the fun. Our workshops in Mumbai and Bengaluru are built on a 'fail-friendly' philosophy. We start with the basics, teaching you the three pillars of acro yoga:
- The Base: You learn to ground yourself and support your partner.
- The Flyer: You learn to trust and balance in the air.
- The Spotter: You learn to keep everyone safe.
Why It Works
We use our 'bone stacking' technique to ensure you are lifting weight with your skeletal structure rather than muscle strain. This makes the poses accessible to beginners, not just gymnasts. We also prioritize the 'why' behind the practice—improving non-verbal communication, building trust, and creating a space to laugh at the wobbly moments.
Join Us
We offer group weekend workshops for 6 to 12 couples, which are great for meeting a community of like-minded people. If you prefer a more private setting for therapeutic flying or specific goals, we also run 1-on-1 couple sessions where we can focus entirely on your progression.
