Combat Sports Training
We run group MMA and kickboxing sessions for beginners and regulars, coached by pro fighters using real gear like an octagon cage, with practical self-defense and no experience needed.
Group Fitness Classes
We run group classes for HIIT, functional training, Zumba, yoga, and calisthenics with certified trainers, a supportive group, and both in-studio and online options.
Kids' Gymnastics
We run kids' gymnastics classes where coaches guide every session, kids build strength and flexibility on safe mats, and everyone learns new skills in a fun, friendly group.
Personal Training
We design your fitness plan from scratch, train you one-on-one with certified coaches, and include weekly nutrition support so you get real results.

My Story
Bengaluru needed more than just another gym, so we started MultiFit. Here, it’s not about counting reps, it’s about finding your crew, your #multifitter pack. Whether you’re sweating through HIIT, throwing punches in MMA, or just chilling in yoga, there’s always something different. Our community’s wild - kids flipping in gymnastics, seniors showing up every day, women lifting each other up. Trainers get called ‘awesome’ a lot. You come for fitness, but you stay for the people.
