About The Training Ground: In the Studio

We spend a lot of time on the floor, literally. If you are used to standing-only classes, prepare to shift your weight and work your core in new ways. This is not about perfectly memorizing steps in an hour; it is about the conditioning and technical adjustments—ballet basics, spinal alignment, and strength—that eventually make you a stronger, more fluid mover.
