This is the first look into my world of movement. It’s a glimpse of the training, the performance, and the philosophy that drives my work. This is where we turn practice into poetry and prepare dancers to find their voice on stage.
Competition & Stage Performance
This is where the hard work pays off. See my students take the stage, from local showcases to international competitions like the Dance World Cup. I focus on building choreography that highlights each dancer's unique voice, preparing them not just to compete, but to perform with confidence and artistry.
The Training Ground: In the Studio
My classes are a lab for exploration and growth. We build a strong foundation with Ballet basics, Cunningham technique, and intensive body conditioning, then use that to experiment with new ideas. This is where we drill, sweat, and find our flow together.
My Art: Improvisation & Flow
For me, dance is a conversation with the body. This is my personal practice of improvisation, where movement is unplanned and comes from a place of pure expression. It's about letting go, listening to the body, and finding the flow in the moment.
Advanced Techniques: Floorwork & Acrobatics
Here, we push the boundaries of movement, exploring the relationship between gravity and lightness. This is where I share my passion for advanced skills like Flow Acrobatics, Flying Low, and dynamic floorwork. These sessions are for intermediate and advanced dancers looking to add a new dimension to their skills.
My Movement Journey & Philosophy
Dance is a path of constant learning and growth, even through challenges. Here I share parts of my own journey, including my recovery from injury and my thoughts on what it means to move. It's a reminder that there is no perfection, only progress.
Workshops & Intensives
Join me for focused training sessions designed to elevate your skills. I offer workshops and intensive programs covering everything from body conditioning and physical theatre to creating solo choreography. These are opportunities to dive deep into the art of movement.
